How do I create Trading Name, Farms and Paddocks in Sampling App?

Tap Sampling on the app's main screen then Tap Trading Names to begin.

  1. Tap Sampling on the app's main screen
  2. Tap Trading Names from the bottom toolbar.
  3. Add a Trading Name: Tap the '+' on the top right and enter your new Trading Name then tap 'OK'.
  4. Tap the newly created Trading Name from Step 3.
  5. Add Farms: Tap the '+' icon on the top right and enter your new Farm Name  then tap 'OK'
  6. Select a contact (grower's name) from the list to associate with the Farm.

    If the contact is not in the list Tap Contacts from the bottom toolbar.
    Add a Contact: Tap the '+' icon on the top right and fill out the required fields (You can add additional contact details if desired) then continue from step 5 to add your Farm.
  7. Tap the newly created Farm Name from Step 5
  8. Add Paddocks: Tap the '+' on the top right and enter your new Paddock Name then tap 'OK'
  9. Repeat these steps to add all Trading Names, Farms, Contacts and Paddocks before you start sampling. Note: you can add  Trading Names, Farms and Paddocks when creating your sample orders.
