How do I view my status report and results

Viewing your status report and results can be done by opening the pdf attachment on your lab test notification email or from within the Back Paddock Mobile Sampling app when the results are uploaded by the lab.

To view your status report and results in Back Paddock Mobile Sampling, Open the Sampling App: 

  1. Tap the Sample Order icon on the bottom toolbar.
  2. Tap the Sample Order (Purchase Order) Number.
  3. Tap All Barcode(s).
  4. Tap the status icon StatusReportIconto the right of the sample barcode number to view the sufficiency range and results of your selected barcode.


Adding a recommendation to your status report.

  1. Tap  < Back on the top left.
  2. Tap the sample barcode number.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and write your Recommendation in the 'Recommendation/Comment' section.
  4. Tap Update to save and sync your changes
  5. Tap the status iconStatusReportIcon to the right of the sample barcode number and you will now be able to see a third page with the recommendation you added in step 3.
  6. To send the report to yourself, a colleague, grower or to Print to an air printer,  tap the share icon on the top right and select the appropriate function.
