1. Changing Your Password

To update your password in Opterra, follow these steps.

1.1 Signing Out

1. Open the Opterra app on your device

2. Navigate to the Explore page (the landing page for the app, or available by touching the tab counter in the top right of any screen).

3. Tap the Burger Menu (top-left corner).

4. Tap Sign Out.

5. Confirm by tapping Log Out on the prompt.

1.2 Initiating Password Reset

1. On the Opterra home screen, tap Get Started.

2. Enter your Email Address and tap Next.

3. Tap Forgot Password underneath the password field.

4. Tap Send Email to receive password reset instructions.

1.3 Resetting Your Password

1. Open the email from Opterra (Back Paddock team).

2. Click or tap Reset Password.

3. Enter your new password.

4. Re-enter your password to confirm.

5. Tap Reset Password.

You can now return to the Opterra app and sign in with your new password.
