Opterra: History Viewer & Re-try Sync
Overview
The Opterra History Viewer allows you to review your sync history and re-try any failed sync processes at a time that suits you.
Using the History Viewer (Sync Errors)
The History Viewer allows you to review sync activity and resolve any errors.
1.1 Accessing the History Viewer
- From the main screen of your Opterra app once signed in, tap the History Viewer icon in the top-right corner.
- This will open a list of recent sync activity and any errors.
1.2 Viewing Errors
- Locate any entries with an error message.
- Tap the entry to expand and view more details.
1.3 Retrying a Sync
- Within the expanded error, tap Retry.
- Wait for the system to attempt syncing again.
- A confirmation message will appear if successful.
- Tap Done to return to the history list.
1.4 Confirming Success
- Return to the full error log.
- Review the updated entry:
- A yellow icon indicates the item was manually retried.
- The status should now show as successfully synced.
The History Viewer helps ensure your data is fully synced and allows you to quickly resolve any issues.
