Opterra: Sign up & sign in

1. Download the Opterra App (iOS / iPadOS)

1. Open your iPad or iPhone.

2. Go to the App Store.

3. Tap the Search bar and type “Opterra”.

4. Locate the Opterra app in the results.

5. Tap Get to download and install the app.

2. Open the App & Accept the License Agreement

1. Once installed, tap the Opterra app icon to open it.

2. A License Agreement will appear.

3. Read through the agreement.

4. When you are comfortable, tap Accept at the bottom of the screen.

3. Begin the Sign-Up Process

1. You will land on the Opterra Home screen.

2. Tap Get Started.

3. Enter your email address.

   • The app will check whether your email exists in the system.

4. Tap Next.

4. Create Your Password

1. Enter a new password.

2. Confirm the password by entering it again.

3. Tap Next.

5. Enter Your Contact Details

1. Complete all fields with your name, address, and mobile number.

2. Provide as much detail as possible—this information is used to create your profile.

3. Tap Next.

6. Select Your Role

1. Choose the option that best suits you:

   • Adviser, or

   • Farmer
     (Both roles currently provide the same access and controls.)

2. Tap Get Started in the bottom right corner.

7. Email Verification

1. The app will send a verification email to your nominated email address.

2. Open your email and follow the verification link.

3. Your profile will be activated once verification is complete.

8. Logging In

1. After signing up, return to the Opterra app.

2. Tap Log In.

3. Enter your email and password.

4. Tap Submit to access your account.

9. Signing In After Verification

1. Once you have signed up and verified your email, reopen the Opterra app.

2. On the home screen, enter your email address and tap Next.

3. Enter your password.

4. Tap Sign In.

After signing in, you will land on the Explore page of Opterra. Any Organisations available to your account will be automatically sync’d and available in the organisation drop-down.
